This unit is ONE OF A KIND! It is the ONLY one bedroom in Sterling Breeze that has a Gulf-Front Master Bedroom, TWO vanities in the master bathroom and a separate bunk room. It also has 10ft ceilings in the living area and master bedroom, larger balcony and yields 1,038 sq ft which is larger than most one bedroom units anywhere!!

Enjoy grilling on the balcony on your very own electric grill…no charcoal or wood needed!

Condo has all the amenities of home, including WIFI internet, 4 televisions with cable including HBO, washer & dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and a well-equipped kitchen (Keurig, Full-size coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, hand mixer) with granite countertops, mosaic tile backsplash, breakfast bar, and a BBQ grill on the balcony. Complimentary beach service is provided to our guests March – October.

Sterling Breeze is one of Panama City Beaches’ newer beach resorts built in 2008. It is located on the west end of Panama City Beach. Enjoy a ½ mile walk to Pier park, which is Northwest Florida’s premier shopping, dining, and entertainment complex. Very easy access coming from the airport! Sterling Breeze offers many amenities such as a heated infinity edge pool surrounded by a beautiful travertine deck, hot tub, outdoor beachside fire pit, and state of the art fitness center which offers great views of the pool and beach. There is even a snack bar at the pool for cold drinks or a bite to eat.
*There is a $43 registration fee that is to be paid to guest concierge upon arrival (located on the breeze way). This gets you your wrist bands and parking pass. You will not be allowed at the pool or overnight parking without registration!

Formerly known as “Grey Whale”, this beautiful Gulf front home, now known as Sweet Escape, provides views overlooking the white sand beach that are some of the best you can get! You can see for miles in either direction. No highways to cross as this home sits right on the beach! Just walk out the door and you are there! The convenient location between Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe makes lodging at Sweet Escape fantastic for experiencing the shops and dining that surround.

Sweet Escape’s layout is great for views and has nice upscale interiors like vaulted ceilings, upscale newly renovated kitchen, stunning views from every deck, a built in desk in the private nook on the master suite level, and a mini bar with fridge for that cool drink while enjoying the gulf views from the private upper master suite deck. If you’re a fan of those direct sunsets then just wait until you see the sun setting over the water in the evenings! Sweet Escape is setup with Hulu + Live on all TVs for your at home entertainment, and every bedroom includes its own high definition TV! You’ll also be able to enjoy extremely high speed internet, and from al floors as each floor as wifi range extenders providing a full house wifi mesh system. Holliday House is a 4 bedroom beach cottage located in the popular waterfront community of Windmark Beach! Just a short walk from the beautiful beaches, this home features all of the popular amenities guests have come to love. The wrap around porches making relaxing outdoors a pleasant pass time. The screened in porch off the dining area makes outdoor dining with family and friends enjoyable away from Florida’s bugs. The home is also equipped with a BBQ grill (guests to bring charcoal). The master suite on the 1st floor is convenient for those who may have difficulty with stairs, and the attached bathroom features walk in tile shower as well as a tub. When you’re ready for time on our sugar white sandy beaches the Forgotten Coast is so popular for then a short walk is all that’s necessary. Windmark Beach is popular for its calm and shallow waters making it pleasant for all to enjoy whether you’re swimming, kayaking, or paddle boarding! Keep your eyes on the water because you’re almost assured to see dolphins at play just offshore! The large Village Center Pool offers zero entry walk in and green area with playgrounds for the whole family to enjoy! Moondance is dog friendly gulf front home in the perfect family friendly location overlooking the Gulf. With its convenient location you will experience breathtaking sunrises and sunsets that can be enjoyed from most rooms of the home including the outdoor balconies. Constructed to be the ultimate outdoor retreat, Moondance is equipped with the a large outdoor screened in lounge area with double grill, full sized refrigerator, a pub height dining table for ten, plenty of seating selection, a large outdoor TV, and relaxing views of the water. For added privacy, the floor plan is a split plan with separate entrances between the two main living floors (these floors do not connect internally).
Four of the bedrooms are equipped with cozy king sized beds. The wood flooring was personally reclaimed heart-pine from beams milled from a 100+ year-old-building. It was custom made into wide-plank flooring especially for this home. The kitchen is well stocked with and has a breakfast bar with seating for three and two extra bar stools, a pantry and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has incredible Gulf views, a 32-inch flat-screen TV, a full bath with walk-in shower and a walk-in closet. This home is on Eastern Time Zone.

•Must be 25 years or older to book, and this primary registrant must be present the entire duration of the reservation.
•There will be a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel for any reason. Please read full cancelation policy.
•Construction may be occuring in or around the area at time of stay. Construction schedules of other properties not under our management are unknown.
•Prices, terms, and conditions of property subject to change without notice. All reservations include a damage protection policy, however the policy is optional. In lieu of damage policy Guest can place a $3,000 refundable security deposit on the reservation.
•Due to strict cleaning procedures, no guests will be allowed to enter the property before the 5pm Eastern Time check-in period.
•Travel Insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment in the need to cancel due to unforeseen events such as health problems, travel delays, extreme weather events, etc. Please visit our Travel Insurance website page to get more information about insurance coverage.
•Monthly reservations are available for Winter season. Please inquire directly about monthly stay details and pricing.
