Gulf Views with Private Heated Pool. Handicap Accessible. Nearby Shopping!

The location of BooTiki is perfect on all occasions. Being a 1st tier home, BooTiki rests only one parcel away from the emerald green ocean, and is only steps away from the white sandy beaches that Florida’s Forgotten Coast is known for. You’ll never be far from clear views of the water, or those relaxing sounds of the calm waves crashing on shore. Speaking of location, BooTiki is only a block away from the Cape Tradin’ Post, Webers Donut Shop, Ice Cream, and Peachy’s Beach Eats. Enjoy the 8 mile biking and jogging path that stretches the entire length of Cape San Blas. Whether you’re riding to Scallop Cove or Beach Planet for shopping, to pick up some fresh fish at St. Joe Shrimp Company, or to the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park for an eco tour, the bike path is a great way to enjoy the natural scenery.

The gulf facing private pool is among BooTiki’s most popular features and can be heated for an additional cost. Enjoy a swim any time day! Step right into the foyer and conveniently access an elevator that services all floors. BooTiki is pet friendly, with an additional Pet Fee, so bringing the “fur babies” makes this home even more perfect for your family adventure. You’ll also love that all of the balconies on the home are screened! This home was specifically designed for wheel chair accessibility on all levels! Comfort, cleanliness and fun are our chief concerns at BooTiki House.

Customer Reviews

Bootiki stay

“Great having an elevator to move bulky and heavy items. The heated pool was great, yes you have to pay extra to heat it but when the weather is at the tipping point it was nice and the kids loved it. The house was clean and supplied with all you will need. Very close to water easy access close to walking path. If we had an issue with something Baytowne was very responsive. ”

Boo Tiki dream

“Our family of 5 enjoyed a glorious week in Cape San Blas at BooTiki. The house was perfect for us. Rooms are beautiful, sunny, and clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was better stocked than ours at home. Wi-Fi was great (after an outage that was quickly repaired). We loved having the pool, but proximity To the glorious beach was the best! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the grill situation: the tiny camp grill was too small for that size of a house. Gas would be even better...We hope to be back SOON! ”

Great Location

“Great House. Perfect location on the Cape. Would not have changed one thing. ”

November Visit

“We were first time visitors to Cape San Blas.
Pros:
House was big, clean, and fully stocked.
Booking process was simple and easy.
We loved all the sand toys and boogie boards.
Warm outdoor shower was great.
The location could not have been better! Nice private cul-de-sac, space from neighbors, and a beautiful short boardwalk to the beach. We never saw another person on the boardwalk. It was great that we could trust the kids to run back to the house alone!
When we arrived, the pool water was low. The management company promptly sent someone to address the issue. It made a terrible sound, but was an easy fix! They were prompt, professional, and respectful.

Cons:
We were warned the oven door was cracked. However, we felt all the appliances could use an upgrade. Nothing particular was 'wrong' but they didn't feel as quality as the rest of the house.
No fault of the homeowner, but we visited during fly season. And they hurt!
We were warned before booking that some of the screens were broken. This did not concern us at all. However, the repair men came to address the issue. We were not notified and they were unprofessional and inconsiderate. To the point we had to yell for them to please back up. Again, no fault of the homeowner, but still, an unfortunate experience for the quality of home you are renting. ”

Loved our stay at BooTiki

“The house was really clean. We appreciated the towels were from a laundry service and were individually bagged. The last house we stayed at on the Cape had us throw the towels in the wash before we left leaving us questioning the cleanliness. It was a short walk to the beach...maybe a one minute walk. We loved the screened-in porches. They provided a little more shade to sit outside and enjoy the sound of the waves. It also helped cut down on some of the glare from the water. Not many homes on the Cape have curtains. You can see in the photos this house has nice heavy curtains so you can watch TV during the day and make it darker for sleeping in. We had a question while staying there and both the owner and the manager were great to work with. The kitchen is nicely stocked. This was the first place we've stayed at that had a crockpot. Because we were here in the winter for a couple of months that was a nice treat. It was an added bonus to have a fenced in area for our dog.

Thank you to the owners for their hospitality in sharing their home with us. This felt like a home away from home and we're very grateful we were able to spend time at BooTiki.

Spring Break 2020

“We enjoyed the private pool very much since beaches were unexpectedly closed on our arrival day. The elevator was a big plus for family members with mobility issues, as well as the handicap accessible shower. The property had screen and screen door storm damage which was not yet repaired. Overall it was a great quiet location.”

Beachhouse

“Very good! Living room tv was so difficult to figure out, we couldn’t use it, but everything else was great ”

Cape in July

“Bootiki was a great stay for a multiple family vacation. The only concern we had was the water pressure was horrible. We could not even get the dishes cleaned in the dishwasher or conditioner out of our hair. This concern was not Bootikis fault and when addressed they brought water jugs to our house. The air went out and they had a repair shop fix it at 9:30 at night. I was pleased with the management concerning our problems. Thank you!”

Absolutely love it!!

“Everything just as described. Absolutely beautiful. The area is beautiful and relaxing. The people are great, Baytowne is great as well. Would recommend to everyone looking for a nice relaxing vacation. Very clean and neat. ”

Heavenly.

“Great location and home. Beach and sunsets are unbeatable. Elevator, pool and beach access with no stairs (ramp) make everything so convenient for young and old alike. Screened-in porches and fenced-in backyard make this place perfect. A definite do-again. ”
