Captain Morgan is a beautifully decorated home located in the waterfront community of Windmark Beach Community. Enjoy the Windmark Beach amenities featuring community pool, miles of bike trails along the water, eleven beach accesses, waterfront restaurant, and the fitness center that offers guest day passes. Enjoy the open floor plan in the living room, dining and kitchen of this spacious 2,800 square foot home. This home features 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and TV, and 5 full bathrooms. There is a beautiful sitting room downstairs for you to relax and sip your morning coffee. The wrap around porch has plenty of deck space for relaxing enjoyment. The boardwalk attached to the house will take you to the white sandy beach. This home is located on Eastern time. Sorry, but this home is not pet friendly.

•Must be 25 years or older to book, and this primary registrant must be present the entire duration of the reservation.
•There will be a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel for any reason. Please read full cancelation policy.
•Construction may be occuring in or around the area at time of stay. Construction schedules of other properties not under our management are unknown.
•Prices, terms, and conditions of property subject to change without notice. All reservations include a damage protection policy, however the policy is optional. In lieu of damage policy Guest can place a $3,000 refundable security deposit on the reservation.
•Due to strict cleaning procedures, no guests will be allowed to enter the property before the 5pm Eastern Time check-in period.
•Travel Insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment in the need to cancel due to unforeseen events such as health problems, travel delays, extreme weather events, etc. Please visit our Travel Insurance website page to get more information about insurance coverage.
•Monthly reservations are available for Winter season. Please inquire directly about monthly stay details and pricing.
•All reservations are subject to confirmation upon initial rental submission, regardless of the booking platform. Baytowne Vacation Rentals reserves the right to confirm or decline any reservation.

Very comfortable house for a large group
“With 3 master king suites the Captain Morgan was a large comfortable house for our group of 12. The kids really liked the bunk room and separate living room for playing games and the outside sand play area. The large porches are a real plus and the privacy on several sides. We would stay here again. The Baytowne rental employees were very responsive to our questions. Location is very convenient to the large community pool. My one frustration was with the pushbutton light switches- there needs to be a label panel for every room - and the ceiling fan slide switches do not have a normal high setting. ”

Great Family House
“Captain Morgan is a wonderful home for family vacationing. En-suite baths in all 4 upstairs bedrooms! We also loved the open feeling downstairs, too. We had many great meals in the dining area, and the large kitchen was terrific for prepping. The porches were a favorite with the kids, and a side yard for some games. Neighborhood is great for biking, we enjoyed the 4th of July parade there, too. The beach was easy to access, with calmer waters on this side of Cape San Blas, but a bit of storm related seaweed. Property is so close to Port St. Joe with restaurants, shopping, and great fishing on the bay. Everyone had fun. ”

Minimum Stay Policy
Enjoy more fun during peak season dates! We book weekly (Check-in Saturday to Check-out Saturday) Memorial Day through Labor Day and during Spring Break. Minimum stays vary by property during the off-season; see listing details or give us a call for information.
A cancellation fee of $100.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation for any reason. The reservation fee of $50.00 is also non refund- able in the case of a cancellation. Bookings canceled at least 60 days from the start date of your stay will receive a 100% refund for deposits paid minus the Cancellation Fee. No monies or deposits will be refunded on cancellations made less than 60 days of your arrival date unless the unit is re-rented for the same rate and the same time period. If the unit is re-rented, all deposits and rent paid minus the $50.00 reservation fee and $100.00 cancellation fee will be refunded upon confirmation and advance fees received from the new guest. A change of reservation to another property in our collection is subject to an additional $50.00 reservation fee as well as the difference in reservation totals and all other fees associated.
