Easy Walk to Beach! Community Pool & Town Center w/Restaurant!

Holliday House is a 4 bedroom beach cottage located in the popular waterfront community of Windmark Beach! Just a short walk from the beautiful beaches, this home features all of the popular amenities guests have come to love. The wrap around porches making relaxing outdoors a pleasant pass time. The screened in porch off the dining area makes outdoor dining with family and friends enjoyable away from Florida’s bugs. The home is also equipped with a BBQ grill (guests to bring charcoal). The master suite on the 1st floor is convenient for those who may have difficulty with stairs, and the attached bathroom features walk in tile shower as well as a tub. Upstairs features 3 additional bedrooms–the larger of which with its own sitting area and private balcony overlooking the St. Joseph Bay and beaches.
When you’re ready for time on our sugar white sandy beaches the Forgotten Coast is so popular for then a short walk is all that’s necessary. Windmark Beach is popular for its calm and shallow waters making it pleasant for all to enjoy whether you’re swimming, kayaking, or paddle boarding! Keep your eyes on the water because you’re almost assured to see dolphins at play just offshore! The large Village Center Pool offers zero entry walk in and green area with playgrounds for the whole family to enjoy! The community features 3.5 miles of path running alongside the gulf, The View restaurant overlooking the water, The Mill general store, and more! “Fit As A Fiddle” located in Village Center offers day fitness passes for guests. Windmark Beach “village” experience will have you loving every minute of your family vacation! The walk to the beach is extremely simple–just step onto the boardwalk and you’ll be at the water in minutes. This home is located in Eastern time zone. Sorry, but this home is not pet friendly.

1st Floor: King Suite with en-suite, and additional full bathroom.
2nd Floor: Queen Suite with two couch conversion Singles (attached private Balcony), Queen Room, Twins Room, and a full bathroom.

Max Parking: 2-4 in driveway. Community street parking also available.
Boat, RV, and Trailer Parking is not allowed in Windmark Beach.

All guests agree to the full terms and policies in the Rental Agreement at time of booking. See Rental Agreement.
•Must be 25 years or older to book, and this primary registrant must be present the entire duration of the reservation.
•There will be a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel for any reason. Please read full cancelation policy.
•Prices, terms, and conditions of property subject to change without notice. All reservations include a damage protection policy, however the policy is optional. In lieu of damage policy Guest can place a $3,000 refundable security deposit on the reservation.
•Construction may be occurring in or around the area at time of stay. Construction schedules of other properties not under our management are unknown.
•Due to strict cleaning procedures, no guests will be allowed to enter the property before the check-in period.
•Travel Insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment in the need to cancel due to unforeseen events such as health problems, travel delays, extreme weather events, etc. Please visit our Travel Insurance website page to get more information about insurance coverage.
•Monthly reservations may be available for Winter season only. Please inquire directly about monthly stay details and pricing.
•All reservations are subject to confirmation upon initial rental submission, regardless of the booking platform. Baytowne Vacation Rentals reserves the right to confirm or decline any reservation.

Great family trip!

“The home was wonderful and had everything we needed for our stay. Our little ones enjoyed the shallow beach water with gentle waves. It was a short walk to the community pool, community center, and the beach. However, with all of our little ones and the heat for the week, we rented a golf cart which was a great decision. Port Saint Joe town center had wonderful little shops and restaurants for a small quiet town. The only downside of the rental is check-in is not until 5 which is a little too late to get unpacked and have dinner with little ones. Our past rental houses have permitted early check-in if the home was ready (our house was ready - we were there at 2 and had to wait) or normal check-in is set for 3 or 4pm - so plan ahead! ”

Lovely Vacation Home!

“Beautiful home! My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this home! The cooking tools/utensils they provide was beyond what we expected. They had games, washer/dryer, enough towels for everyone, etc. My only complaint of our stay here was not of the home, but of the beach- the water was brown and it smelled like sewage.”

Minimum Stay Policy


Enjoy more fun during peak season dates! We book weekly (Check-in Saturday to Check-out Saturday) Memorial Day through Labor Day and during Spring Break. Minimum stays vary by property during the off-season; see listing details or give us a call for information.

Cancellation Policy


A cancellation fee of $100.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation for any reason. The reservation fee of $50.00 is also non refund- able in the case of a cancellation. Bookings canceled at least 60 days from the start date of your stay will receive a 100% refund for deposits paid minus the Cancellation Fee. No monies or deposits will be refunded on cancellations made less than 60 days of your arrival date unless the unit is re-rented for the same rate and the same time period. If the unit is re-rented, all deposits and rent paid minus the $50.00 reservation fee and $100.00 cancellation fee will be refunded upon confirmation and advance fees received from the new guest. A change of reservation to another property in our collection is subject to an additional $50.00 reservation fee as well as the difference in reservation totals and all other fees associated.
