My Tide is a single story home with all four bedrooms on one level outfitted with two ocean facing bedrooms and two bunk rooms. You’ll find breathtaking views of the ocean from almost anywhere in the home. For your family entertainment time, you’ll love the open floorplan with 65″ flat screen smart tv in the living area. You can also enjoy all of the amenities of Cape San Blas such as the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park to enjoy the ocean and the bay. •Must be 25 years or older to book, and this primary registrant must be present the entire duration of the reservation.
•There will be a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel for any reason. Please read full cancelation policy.
•Construction may be occuring in or around the area at time of stay. Construction schedules of other properties not under our management are unknown.
•Prices, terms, and conditions of property subject to change without notice. All reservations include a damage protection policy, however the policy is optional. In lieu of damage policy Guest can place a $3,000 refundable security deposit on the reservation.
•Due to strict cleaning procedures, no guests will be allowed to enter the property before the 5pm Eastern Time check-in period.
•Travel Insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment in the need to cancel due to unforeseen events such as health problems, travel delays, extreme weather events, etc. Please visit our Travel Insurance website page to get more information about insurance coverage.
•Monthly reservations are available for Winter season. Please inquire directly about monthly stay details and pricing.
•All reservations are subject to confirmation upon initial rental submission, regardless of the booking platform. Baytowne Vacation Rentals reserves the right to confirm or decline any reservation.

Location, location, location

“Overall, I would absolutely stay at this house again although not everyone in our party agreed. It does seem that the house needs some TLC and that slight updates were being made but then stopped to allow the house to be used for the season. You can tell this from the paint all around the home and the patches in the ceiling in the living room. I loved the screened porch which is also in need of some TLC, but others also thought that it took away from any view from the living room. It all comes down to preference really. For a vacation home, it was right for me, especially the location! Be aware that the outdoor shower gets lukewarm at best. LOVED the bed swing downstairs. If I didn't have little ones, I would've napped in it every day. I cannot say enough about Glynnis with Baytowne Vacations. She is a rockstar. The first morning (a Sunday) after checking in, the coffee maker wasn't working. Glynnis treated it like an emergency and got us a new pot right away. Baytowne Vacations has great customer service, and anytime I have called, a real, live person has been quick to answer. Love that!”

“We really enjoyed My Tide vacation home at Cape San Blas! Perfect location and right on the beach. The home was updated, clean and well-maintained. We chose this home because of the location, beach front, layout and being updated; although, there were only 2 of us staying in this 4 bedroom home, The home has 2 separate decks with a screened-in deck between the 2 decks. The covered and screened-in portion came in handy during 2 mornings on rain. Since the home is so close to the water, you still felt like you were sitting on the beach when using the deck. The one mattress we slept in was comfy, as were the two sofas.

Baytowne Vacation Rentals was great to deal with the beginning. We really enjoyed their app, which had all our rental details. We had a common home maintenance issue and Baytowne sent a maintenance worker out within hours to fix the problem.

“STAY OCT 14 THRU OCT 21. Excellent 'All on one level floor plan!" This house was recently refurbished in and out and it showed! Very clean (with the exception of shrimp found in dishwasher drain from those who stayed the week before us...'you gotta rinse all the food off your dishes before you put them in the dishwasher..DUH!'.. no fault of the new owners, rental agency or cleaners!) Great location...on the beach! Small bedrooms, bathroom and laundry to accommodate the 'all on one level floor plan'... however, the living area is large! Fine with our crew, we all loved it!

ALMOST PERFECT: Some constructive criticism (that would make this rental perfect!). The ceramic topped surface eyes hold the heat far too well! The units are either on HI or OFF...low heat/simmer is impossible! Eggs scorch unless you watch it closely! The new (high end) wall oven does not cook evenly at all...something wrong here....invisible lower element may be faulty???! The coffee pot carafe has been replaced and it does not fit the heat plate surface flush and tight (only touches on the very outer edge ring) does not get hot as a result! The front door "L" handle is about to fall off (After 20 years of rentals at CAPE rentals, most ALL have this problem. Get a quality door handle and be done with it!

Our family loved MY TIDE; however, my wife will not come back due to the oven and surface unit issues (she is an excellent cook!). Despite that issue, I rated it a 4 of 5 and would have rated it 5 all around except for the cooking issues!

Maybe the new owners will find the same cooking issues I explained are real and address them. If so, I will be back!”

Wonderful House, Bad Timing

“We loved the My Tide beach house! It was wonderful. Great layout, very clean. The outdoor shower head broke and someone responded very promptly to fix it for us! Sadly, during our stay the beach directly in front of the house was being reduned. There were lots of loud construction vehicles driving up and down the beach and pouring sand. The rental company worked with us regarding this issue, and we were pleased with the outcome. ”

This house was fantastic!we would prefer a king size bed, but this home is for sale, so decorated for that purpose. We would come back for sure if new owners put on a rental. Beach front and beautiful. Well stocked, very clean and modern! ”

Minimum Stay Policy

Enjoy more fun during peak season dates! We book weekly (Check-in Saturday to Check-out Saturday) Memorial Day through Labor Day and during Spring Break. Minimum stays vary by property during the off-season; see listing details or give us a call for information.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of $100.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation for any reason. The reservation fee of $50.00 is also non refund- able in the case of a cancellation. Bookings canceled at least 60 days from the start date of your stay will receive a 100% refund for deposits paid minus the Cancellation Fee. No monies or deposits will be refunded on cancellations made less than 60 days of your arrival date unless the unit is re-rented for the same rate and the same time period. If the unit is re-rented, all deposits and rent paid minus the $50.00 reservation fee and $100.00 cancellation fee will be refunded upon confirmation and advance fees received from the new guest. A change of reservation to another property in our collection is subject to an additional $50.00 reservation fee as well as the difference in reservation totals and all other fees associated.
