What’s even better are the private unobstructed water views with 300′ of dedicated beach on both the north and south side of the home leaving no direct neighbors! The sunsets and moon light over the water are breathtaking. Enjoy all the area has to offer being comfortably nestled in between Port St. Joe, Windmark Beach, and Mexico Beach, and even more convenience with Shipwreck Raw Bar located across the street! Come discover Florida’s Forgotten Coast and enjoy the sugar white sandy beaches and great memories with the whole family. This home features free high speed wifi with blazing 1 GIG speeds, and streaming cable with Hulu + Live TV! This home is on Eastern time zone. Sorry, but this home is not pet friendly.
“Sol Y Luna” can be rented as independent units as well; “Sol” and “Luna”. See those separate property pages on our website. Seasonal conditions apply. Sol and Luna are unavailable during Summer season, and only Sol Y Luna can be rented during that time frame.

•There will be a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel for any reason. Please read full cancelation policy.
•Prices, terms, and conditions of property subject to change without notice. All reservations include a damage protection policy, however the policy is optional. In lieu of damage policy Guest can place a $3,000 refundable security deposit on the reservation.
•Construction may be occurring in or around the area at time of stay. Construction schedules of other properties not under our management are unknown.
•Due to strict cleaning procedures, no guests will be allowed to enter the property before the check-in period.
•Travel Insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment in the need to cancel due to unforeseen events such as health problems, travel delays, extreme weather events, etc. Please visit our Travel Insurance website page to get more information about insurance coverage.
•Monthly reservations may be available for Winter season only. Please inquire directly about monthly stay details and pricing.

One of our Best Beach Trips Yet
“Our group agreed that this was the best beach vacations ever and we have been going to the beach for many years. Sol Y Luna, located in St. Joe Beach, is set up like a duplex with divider doors in the middle. Directly on the beach, so, no elevators, parking garages, crowded beaches, or multitudes of people. No houses directly on either side so no close neighbors. Each side has a fully equipped kitchen, with a ton of plates and glasses, living room, master bedroom with full bath, and two bedrooms upstairs, each with two full sized beds, that share a shower and toilet. Each bedroom has a vanity, sink, and mirror. The upstairs bedrooms have an interior door that leads to a spiral staircase to go downstairs, and an exterior door that goes out to the spacious upper deck. The lower deck has two tables/chairs that seat six, along with several rockers and small tables. The upper deck has a combination of rockers and loungers, along with beach seating along the rails and walls. Plenty of sitting space. The living rooms and master bedrooms have televisions and 1Gig wi-fi works great. There is a half bath in the kitchen area. You can park four vehicles under the house and up to four more in the open. The washer and dryer are in a room on the ground level along with a charcoal grill. We arrived on Memorial Day weekend and the beach was not crowded. There are several public beach access points and people can park on the edge of the road. The beach was busy but not nearly as crowded as other beaches with high rise condos. By Tuesday, the weekend groups had left and we had plenty of beach to ourselves. St. Joe Beach is a dog friendly beach so people were constantly walking by with their dogs. The water was much calmer here most days was very clear. We loved the sunsets, dolphin watching, and crabs in the water and on the beach. Plenty of space, kitchens had everything we needed, and everything worked. This is a place we want to reserve again.”

Relaxing in ther sun and under the moon
“This was our 3rd year of using Sol Y Luna house for our annual family beach vacation. The house was well stocked to be able to cook for 20. Baytown took care of the problem we did have quickly and efficiently. The large wrap around porch is our favorite place to gather and to let ther littles play safely outdoors. The house is clean and neat. We will be returning next year.”

Great Beach House with an Awesome Deck/Porch
“Very comfortable and enjoyable rental experience despite a week of undesirable weather. Our extended family of 15-20 people all enjoyed the house and experience. Clean property with plenty of space and really nice to have two kitchens and living areas. Porch areas are well equipped and the biggest asset for the property, day and night. Also enjoyed the area and the lack of pretense noted further west.
Only suggestion is making the four double-double rooms queen-queen, or even king-double, as the rooms are large enough and it would provide more sleeping comfort for adults/couples.
Would definitely stay again.”

Minimum Stay Policy
Enjoy more fun during peak season dates! We book weekly (Check-in Saturday to Check-out Saturday) Memorial Day through Labor Day and during Spring Break. Minimum stays vary by property during the off-season; see listing details or give us a call for information.
A cancellation fee of $100.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation for any reason. The reservation fee of $50.00 is also non refund- able in the case of a cancellation. Bookings canceled at least 60 days from the start date of your stay will receive a 100% refund for deposits paid minus the Cancellation Fee. No monies or deposits will be refunded on cancellations made less than 60 days of your arrival date unless the unit is re-rented for the same rate and the same time period. If the unit is re-rented, all deposits and rent paid minus the $50.00 reservation fee and $100.00 cancellation fee will be refunded upon confirmation and advance fees received from the new guest. A change of reservation to another property in our collection is subject to an additional $50.00 reservation fee as well as the difference in reservation totals and all other fees associated.
